Rick Scott is the Real Enemy of Medicare and Social Security

Scott’s Record Shows Decades of Attacks on the American People’s Earned Benefits

Below is a statement from Jon “Bowzer” Bauman, President of Social Security Works PAC:

“Rick Scott’s dishonest ad attacking Senator Bill Nelson on Medicare and Social Security is the height of hypocrisy. As CEO of Columbia/HCA, Scott perpetrated one of the largest Medicare and Medicaid frauds in history. He has stated that Medicare and Medicaid should be privatized because it would be better ‘if private business could run national health care administration.’ When asked if he supports privatizing Social Security, Scott responded ‘I want everybody in a 401k.’

Florida seniors will not be fooled. Scott’s record stands for itself.”
