Tim Walz is a Champion for Seniors

“Tonight, Tim Walz stood strong as a champion for seniors. He highlighted the Biden-Harris administration’s work to lower drug prices. As vice-president, Walz will work alongside Kamala Harris to continue taking on Big Pharma’s greed.
As Governor Walz reminded us, the Biden-Harris administration lowered the cost of insulin to $35/month for Medicare beneficiaries, and gave Medicare the power to negotiate lower drug prices, as part of the Inflation Reduction Act — a bill that JD Vance has called a ‘scam’.
JD Vance and Donald Trump’s Project 2025 calls for repealing the entire Inflation Reduction Act, including the provisions that lower drug prices. That would raise drug prices for at least 18 million seniors!
The takeaway from tonight’s debate is clear: Kamala Harris and Tim Walz are fighting for seniors. Donald Trump and JD Vance are fighting for Big Pharma CEOs and Wall Street billionaires.”
