Social Security Works PAC Endorses Jimmy Gomez for Congress

(Washington, DC) — The following is a statement from Jon “Bowzer” Bauman, President of Social Security Works PAC, endorsing Assemblyman Jimmy Gomez for Congress:

“Jimmy Gomez has a long and impressive track record of fighting for California’s working families. In the state legislature, he co-authored a bill to guarantee health care as a right to all Californians and successfully expanded paid family leave benefits.

Gomez is the only candidate in this race who has endorsed expanding Social Security benefits. We know that if elected to Congress, he will lead that fight with the same passion and dedication he has shown throughout his career.”
